In fairness it is not as if this board is overburdened by activity these days. It may well be perceived as "rubbish" but it is better than the nothingness elsewhere on here.

I there's merit in having some sort of thread exclusively for that purpose, it will always be open to argue about McBanana/McNamara, Hood/Khan/Whicu*t, Iestyn Harris, and Uncle Tom Cobleigh.

We can then discuss rugby union in all it's glory on a separate thread.

I should point out that I have been told by people that they have drifted away from this forum because, in their view, threads were being derailed by the same people squabbling so often that they'd rather post elsewhere or not at all.

Perhaps that reflects badly on us moderators but it reflects a darn sight worse on the people doing the squabbling.

1,The amounts and emphasis placed upon them, were much higher than the actual amount,

2, An employee of the club (if Bullseye is OK, I'll name him) sought out Bulls supporters and posters on RAB and the T and A website to spread information that he wasn't prepared to stand behind (most likely because it wasn't true),

3, A poster (if Bullseye is OK I'll name him was demonstrated to be an agent of the above.

4, They did it to create a narrative which explained their failure so they weren't held to account and drummed out of the club. See your thread about Steve McNamara.

5, You're dismissing the significance of the above in the current state of the club.

The reason we're where we are is because of the past (is that a quote?) Really looking forward to the great threads/posts on anything really from any/all of the above.

1. You are plaiting fog. If you would state what amounts were wrongly stated and what the true amounts were then it would be possible to comment. As it stands it's just a generalized claim so vague as to be pointless.

2 / 3 So what if? Many, many people spread information "that they have heard" from "people they know" on such forums, all the time, everywhere. All organisations spin, and put out spin. Why would any of that, if true, surprise you? "Demonstrated"? Who? How was it "demonstrated"? As for "an agent ...." - you've been reading too much Le Carre.

4. Who are "they", what was their "narrative", and exactly how did having "agents" on RAB and the T&A (I'm crying here!) "explain their failure"? If as your theory assumes they were not "drummed out of the club" - who are they?

I have not in recent times made any comments about the "significance" of any of the above as so far as I recall, no sensible post or thread has been running about any such topics for many months now, so I can't make sense of your odd accusation. Can we start with you telling us what you mean by "the current state of the club". Then you could explain how comments made on RAB have ANY "significance" in changing the "state of the club"? As a relevant factor, how does it compare with, say, having the money to pay your tax bill?

Given that you seem to struggle understanding the meaning of the term "World Champions" it was probs be futile for Rarebreed to try and explain because I am not entirely sure that you would get it anyway.
