Is there any genuine smoke to this? They've handed out new contracts to a few old stagers already and are announcing guys leaving so it's slightly odd there's been no mention of Bailey I guess.

....and Bailey has given away fewer penalties than the vast majority of our forwards. Does that make them dirtier players?

This stuff about Bailey being a dirty player is balls. If he was that bad why his he better disciplined than Lynch, Kopczak, Hargreaves, Whitehead, Elima, Diskin, L'Estrange etc???

This 'Bailey to Bulls' rumour has cropped up for last few seasons. I'd've taken him then and I'd still take him now.

We're really having to scrape the barrel to find players to improve our squad if its come down to wanting Bailey. Hope he doesn't come to Bradford. Don't like or rate the guy. If he's the best available signing out there then so be it, but l'd like to think we could set the bar a little higher than him.

TMFMISL would be a great signing for a team who are far too soft and easy to get at.

Because he is sly, he puts the cheap shots in when it can't be seen, he does it every game and gets away with it most of the time, credit to the guy as he's the master at it.

He is an average player and a thoroughly dislikeable person, I for one would not be impressed if he joined the club.

He's sly? You'd think the officials would be onto him by now if all these fans were right wouldn't you? Can they really be so blind as to miss his antics for nearly 10 years? Obviously the fans know better You should become a ref!

I've never met the bloke so can't comment on what he's like as a person. He may have been a bad boy in the past but so have a few and that doesn't necessarily taint them for life.

Name instances of these cheap shots that you are privvy to and the referees aren't?

Would I like somebody in our side to do the same even if it was the case? Yes. Jimmy Lowes, Fairbank, Bradley et al were hardly paragons of virtue.

Average player? With 4 Grand Final winners medals. More than most of our team put together. (Diskin doesn't count clearly given he was also ex Leeds)

If he joined the club, I would be impressed. If you base your loyalty and ressonance on following the club around your ill conceived theatrical adjudication of player roles, then maybe you should sod off somewhere else.
