Premier League requires all-seater and you have 3 year's grace to upgrade to all-seater when in the Championship, so BCFC wouldn't have to worry about that for a while yet.

What have Birmingham got to do with it? (It's BCAFC)
Nah seriously, thanks for that. I thought it was that too, but wasn't 100% sure. City will be lucky to be playing League Two footy for the next year or two, so Championship is no chance. And if they DID get promoted to the Championship, they should be in a better money situation to push for an upgrade then.
I personally never see it happening though. Too many City fans opposed to it for various reasons.

| There will be loads of other issues in regards to alcohol (sales and consumption) along with segregation of fans too I imagine if they moved to Odsal.

But that's not how it works. The bigger the club, the bigger the loss, isn't it?

Shouldn't be too much of an issue. Not sure what was done the last time City played at Odsal. As for booze it would have to be dry as you can't drink alcohol in view of the playing surface either before, during or at half time.

| Can't see it happening, its the final barganing chip, the pension fund might not want to lower the rental profits, but with no club either through relocation or extinction there will be no rental value anyway, so they'll have to budge and meet city at least part of the way on restructuring the arrangement I reckon.
I suspect what the fans want either way will come a distant second consideration in comparison to the financial reality.
No wonder they seemed keen on us sharing the rent and moving into VP.

If the powers that be find that Valley Parade is untenable and unsustainable for the club, the Bulls bashers down at City would have no choice, and would have to eat their words. Surely they'd rather watch their club in League Two at Odsal, instead of being stubborn and watch them share with Park Avenue in the Conference North?

| Disingenuous comments about comparative leases in the YP report, given that Bulls hold a long lease on odsal which in many respects is equivilent to freehold.
But I sense another period of Bulls being the piece in play to try and save bradford City - again. And we saw what happened last time.
The sensible outcome would be to bring BCFC into a slimmed-down Sporting Village scheme.
I suppose one day someone in this city must do something sensible?

| I just don't understand so many City fans apathy towards us - they believe the Council have saved us on several occasions, I'm simply too young to know whether that is true or not.
What I do know is that both Bradford City and Bradford Bulls being successful can only be good for the city, sadly some City fans take some sort of wicked pride in us losing.

Think you mean "antipathy"?
Remember too that there are some Bulls fans who, bizarrely, get off on [ischadenfreude[/i when City lose or have difficulties?

Indeed. Why though? I wouldn't call myself an avid City supporter, but they are my football team. I would rather both teams are successful, they're getting very aggresive on their forum about the prospects of moving to Odsal, some even saying they wouldn't come!

That's because they all support Leeds.

| By which logic, those Bulls supporters who love to see City do badly are all Leeds United supporters. How long you been a LUFC supporter Mick?

Can't fault that logic. Frequent Elland Road do you Mr. Gledhill?
And to be fair, there are actually quite a lot of White Sh*te supporters who follow the Bulls too, including at least two that I know of on this very board! Never really understood how there's so many (there'll always be a few, but it always surprises me just how many there are).
