I think pitch will be fine. I am more worried about the terraces. With 10000 members and 2/3k from wigan, closing one side like we did against cas las year will not be an option.

Well, given the weather, I'm not averse to them closing part of it down and for us all to be a bit closer.

why not? I'd say away end is approx same capacity as pop side. if weve still got 25k capacity then thats 5k in stand and 10k on away end. 15k capacity should be enough for tomorrow. but cant see any reason why they would close pop side anyway unless weather really deteriorates.

Although ward five is my current hunting ground.

If it freezes and that includes the snow/slush etc the game will 110% be called off on health and safety grounds.
IMO I should add.

The state of the terraces could be a problem. Snow on the pitch shouldnt be a big deal but I'll be surprised if it isnt waterlogged.

I don't know how bad the snow is in Castleford but the game against Huddersfield has just been confirmed as on by Sky Sports.

It's sounding like it'll be OK. Can't wait for it now!
