| Carvell's formal signing confirmed all over the place. Except, not by Bulls, and not in the Bradford local paper. Not a peep. Though there is a small article saying we've got Chris bridge's kid brother on a month loan, mentioning the Carvell confirmation only in passing. It's weird, but pretty normal. I suppose the silence means we can assume we got royally screwed as anticipated.

No plateface I'm over double that . I would like to say tho if it was you in our shoes you would feel the same. Don't act all high and mighty he has done the dirty on bulls . What about the fans who bought tops with his name on the back. The people who spent money tosponsor him. Why did he go in the press a week before talking about wanting to be a coach at the club. I'm sorry but why should I not want him to lose after the way he treated the club and the fans . Why turn up on the club photo day when he knew he wouldn't stick around ???

Presumably for the same reasons you don't stop going to work even though you've had a second interview that went really well but you've got actually got a contract in your hand. What do you expect him to do?

I expect him to be honest from the start . In December he went to Widnes looking for contract but they couldn't sign him as they spent up . I expect him to put his hand up when the board said any players who want to leave can go instead of waiting till the new board announce all players are ring fenced then try to squirm out.

| This can't be true. Only yesterday we heard:
Bulls chief executive Robbie Hunter-Paul said: “Garreth Carvell is contracted to the Bradford Bulls and that contract is registered with the RFL. He’s still a member of our staff.”
Surely a CEO and member of the lastest bod could not be sooo out of touch?

What Noah said is fair enough IMO but I tell you what, I wish everyone who said they contributed to these buckets last time but have now said they won't contribute another time , really had! The club would be loaded!

Not at all.
As far as I am aware, both statements were factually correct.
The contract WAS registered with the RFL. The RFL apparently said they would not stand in the way of Hull FC seeking to regsiter him, since it was a contractual dispute between two clubs. So we must now assume that Hull FC have since registered a contract, as he is named in their squad.
The club clearly believes the player continues to be subject to his contract with the Bulls, and so by implication is in breach of contract. That will be a legal issue between both clubs and the player, to be resolved. The club will assuredly be seeking compensation in some form, so is hardly going to come out and say "win some, lose some, he's fekked off so that's just tough on us", is it?
Nice try sunshine, but another bad fail.

Wrong. RFL have a better grasp of TUPE than RHP.
Poor Robbie ! Will he be the latest Bulls director blindly supported by Adeybull only to later be bagged by him?
Adeybull feel free to pull my post apart sentence by sentence and offer paragraphs of your usual guff.
Meanwhile We can add Robbie's Carvell statement to the list including his assertions on paying players etc.

If your argument can be pulled apart, it doesn't sound very strong

| The glee displayed by some folk that support other clubs does them absolutely no credit at all.

Pray enlighten us as to what actions Carvell took when notified of the intended TUPE? And when?
Pray enlighten us of any reasons - fact, not guess or hearsay - as to why TUPE would not have applied to the transfer?
And, since the RFL apparently stated that the issue is a contractual one between the clubs, they were obviously not seeking to comment on the merits or otherwise of the TUPE. Apart from, maybe, acknowledging that Carvell COULD still be contracted to the Bulls (and thereby implicitly agreeing with RHP), since if they believed he was NOT, they would surely have said so? Remember of course that registering a player is separate to any contractual relationship - as we all saw over the Iestyn debacle.
OK, post pulled apart as requested. Is there any other waknerage you'd like to spout that we can pull apart?
Sorry though, any response from me will have to wait a while now - I'm off to do some useful work with the supporters' trust. Actions vs words, and all that.
