What would agreeing or not agreeing to settle the creditors of Oldco have to do with the future viability of Newco? Other than the viability of Newco being hampered the MORE creditors they chose to settle? Is it just me that sees the inherent contradiction there?

And if the RFL had such reservations so severe that they would put newco straight into special measures regardless, they surely cannot have suddenly appeared overnight?

There will always be idiots poking a ty stick at any given situation. I'm going to sound really old now, but if people react to it the idiots will keep coming back. Very difficult I fully appreciate when it's the thing you love being picked at. Unfortunately I feel there is still done way to go before it stops.

no-one from the defunct newco has yet denied the RFL statement that they were going to fund the acquisition from the administrator using funds from the club which would have been the central money or the £300k needed to actually run the club..........did they have the investment in place to buy the club off the administrator...???

Surely it is clear that the RFL has organised this to demote the Bulls. With the assorted punishments and restraint of trade, they know why they are doing it.

They had a showpiece world cup and now have no room to belch!! They just want the whole saga to end and the sport to be able to focus on the richer clubs. Other clubs really do not matter.

It would take a rival organisation to the RFL to make the commercial changes necessary to enhance the sport. If we can use the latest entrepreneur Mr koukash he has ability and vision. These are the type of people who should be leading.

The RFL are the old and predictable stereotype of a thankfully long gone era in sport.
