| Quote: Bully_Boxer "The hints from the T&A have never mentioned Bosc as far as I can remember. The smart money seems to be on us recruiting a 7 from the NRL. The stand off is apparently already playing in SL.'"
the bosc rumour has come from a conversation between me and gledhill which went along line off 'who sould we sign if we cant get pryce' to which I replied 'bosc'. Mick then posted this on forums as We've signed Bosc. Afaik there was never any substance in this apart from Mick repeating it on here.

| yes,he's definitely staying in france - he had a bad ankle ligament problem which kept him out and tried to come back and play with injections instead of having the operation - hopefully he will be available for 2011 cos' we have really missed his quality at no7
Good luck to Mick Potter with your lot - he's still respected down here and hopefully will turn things around for the Bulls
btw - met up with the great Iestyn Harris yesterday at Albi following the Wales victory - he was mega-chuffed to say the least ! he seems to have the makings of a decent coach imo
Harris, now he WAS a great player.........................

It's very difficult to judge, & not necessary anyway. They were different types of hooker, KC relied largely on sheer power, combined with great speed in his younger days. Lowes had more guile.

I would choose Lowes (but then I would) but it is safe to say that each was perfectly suited to his club at that moment in time.

I agree that within this thread about Leon Pryce we should all agree about the quality of two entirely seperate players both of which have retired.

| sorry to be naive ,but why would Leon leave the Saints in the first place ? thought he was a first-choice player ? has his contract expired ? has he had personal grievances with the board etc ?

| Lives In Bradford, this is his hometown club and feels like this could be a good chance to end his career at Bradford. Plus Saints have upcoming halves which could easily take his place. HE IS GONNA BE A BULL (again)

| thanks JBT for the info - good signing for your lot methinks - what's happening with his brother ? we saw him play for Wigan v the Dragons in Perpignan in august,is he on the move also ? First time we had seen him in the 'flesh' - played well that day and seemed a nice guy when we met him after the game.

Yes you may have given Leon a shirt for 2011, but what's to say that he'll be playing in it?
