Trying to prove the illegal approach would seem a problem,i think in 2006 Wakefield attempted to prove Solomona had been illegally approached by Bradford,but it was found no case to answer.

The RFL have to approve his transfer of registration. Whilst Koppy is now a free agent and has exercised his legal rights to become so - he is a registered Bradford player for next season.

He's not going to be able to come back to us now, but a deal will be done behind closed doors between us, the RFL and a super league club (which is now one of 2 or 3 who are interested) involving either cash, player swap/loan deal or both.

Done correctly, this could be advantageous for us.

I hope you're right. My friend has been right with some shock signing all over the league in the past, but he's also been wrong a few times. Sammut, Purtell and Lulia were the players that he mentioned could be on the way out. He said nothing was concrete on Lulia, but there was plenty of interest and he wouldn't be surprised to see the club cash in on him.

The exciting player that has apparently been spoken to is a current NRL player, who has been offered better terms by us than by one of our very close neighbours!

Given one of sammut/manuokafou has to go to get under quota and doubt over purtells fitness, wouldn't be surprised if Danbury and purtell go. Lulia is one I'd have thought we would want to keep as he's looking like a bit of a bargain find and is young enough that we could build round him. Be very disappointed if we cash in but I'm told we aren't going to.
