The handouts from the last meeting are now available in the rlfiles sectionrl of the supporters trust group. This includes things like how to set up a trust, model rules, case studies etc. If you weren't able to attend the meeting or didn't manage to pick up a copy, feel free to take a look and find out what supporters trusts are all about.

I don't know if i'm just been a bit thick today but I can't find a link on the trust google pages to confirm my interest in helping the working group so i'll just post on here. following the meeting the other day I came away thinking that we can do some good for the club, but reading the threads we seam to be getting too much into detail on line at the moment rather than round a table face to face. If a date and venue is set and we sort out who needs to do what and when I'm sure we can drive this thing forward. In the words of the dragons "I'm in"

And, judging by the long thread, some have reached the same conclusion as you, i.e. a meeting, and it is to be arranged sometime soon.

That's great, any particular job you fancy doing? We're definately looking for someone to take the fundraising job at the minute, which will basically entail making sure we're in a position to accept donations for the open meeting. After the open meeting we'll probably be having a bit of a reorganisation anyway, particularly as we'll have hopefully picked up even more volunteers! But feel free to volunteer for anything else if that doesn't take your fancy.

Surely the distrbution of jobs/responsibilities etc should be the second item on the agenda at the meeting after approving the interim chair which I'm sure will go through on the nod. Once in position the teams can then work on the timetable for a general meeting a launch date and action plan.
For myself I rum a Photography studio so can throw photography ,marketing and some bussiness skills into the pot. I think every ones done great so far but lets not let this enthusiasam fizzle out we need to get a date sorted and get the trust of the ground and out of cyber space.

May I recommend the very first thing on the agenda is introducing ourselves, so we all know who is who. It also makes it a bit easier for keeping minutes when people say "Yeah I'll do that", that I don't have to keep asking who you are
