We don't need someone to come in and oversee fro a few months. We need a good coach who will be here for some years who can coach and motivate them and get this decent squad to perform to their best.

However in practice intercontinental travel in league situation is tough on the travelling team, 2 hours to the south of France is one thing ten hours to Toronto another. Plus clearing 2 meters of snow off the pitch is going to need a lot of dedicated supporters.
