You can call me m'lud.
The 'legal action' Khan isn't taking allegedly started in early December 2013. How long does it take for a statutory demand to be heard in front of a judge these days?

| Quote: Bulliac "Huh! I can beat you all with having my real name as a username, the IAC bit is ALL my initials and the bull is just so I don't forget which club I support..
The real truth, is that when I first went onto a message board at the scrag end of the 1990s, [it was the old Bulls 'official' board] at the end of my very first post I just stuck on my initials. Only to find that everyone else had a weird and wonderful concoction which made my initials look a bit lame [I think 'Jellyhead' was my favourite...]so I stuck Bull in front. So that's how Ian became Bulliac.'"
So the "I" stands for Ian then? I wonder what the "C" stands for?
However, Imust say that that is a good fit all told. Pretty cool that the initials lead it to become a word that actually means something. If I did the same it would be bullCJJ which really does not work.

| It's the same with Bullseye. Thanks to Adey, everyone knows Sam is his first name, Eric is his second, Yaya his third (his dad is a glory hunting Man City fan (a bit like Sam changing from Bramley to Bulls because he didn't want to be Buffseye)). It's his surname I have not worked out yet.

What ... so you concede you don't KNOW something? Progress in a small way, I suppose, even though it's not an SD issue.

When an official court case number has been posted, it does I think take a special kind of moron to cling on to the vain hope it's not true. And to actually prefer further self-humiliation to quietly checking and either apologising or just fading away. But yes, you have clarified. It's clear that even if a scan of the court papers were posted on here, we know your next post would be "meh - prove those haven't been photoshopped"!

OTOH you could get on Eggheads. Probably.
I rarely use my given names (Shaquille Argumentative-i-am DuWayne) as frankly I can't stand the phobic abuse I get from people who have something against the aristocracy. But a few people call me SAD, as I think an affectionate diminutive.

| Dweebs post last night and his response today had made me conclude i'm not wasting any more of my time with him. Even when he's made to look so out of touch with reality, he still comes back asking for someone to place a further nail in his coffin.
He obviously has some 'Beef' with the Bulls in some way, I'm not bothered why - maybe he'd be more welcome on the Huddersfield board (hint, hint....)

| I think you'll find that tigertot has taken a leaf out of Bulliac's book by using some of his own initials and making it sound like he's a Cas fan.
He's called Igor. He's a recent Slovakian immigrant (steady roger) but has fully assimilated and adopted the Yorkshire slang. To spell his name correctly it is t'Igor Tot.

That's funny and I can relate to it. For many years I was known at work as, t' Ian [pronounced teean].
A bloke with a very strong Yorkshire accent was asked what he'd done with an invoice and replied, "I've give it t'Ian" his part was soon forgotten, but I got t'ian, from the entire office, for the next 20 years. I still use the name t'ian on flickr, the one and only site I don't use Bulliac.

So when Ryan Whitcut said in December 2013 that Khan had issued a statutory demand against him he was fibbing?
Where did you get that number from? Who are the parties involved in the alleged case number you have proferred? How did you acquire it? Where can it be verified as genuine? When is the hearing scheduled for? Who is the solicitor acting for Khan?
Feel free to post scans of court papers. I doubt you are silly enough to post fakes. Still nothing on the £1m?

You're back! I was worried we had lost you to the VT.
I call you on your "so". The fact of a claim being issued would, of course, have no bearing on any earlier statutory demand.
