It was a daft thing to tweet, criticising the fan base has never encouraged them to return! The faux outrage p!sses me off though. He's since withdrawn the tweet and apologised.

It's truly incredible that people are actually defending it. Right now as a club we need to be doing all we can to get fans back, comments like this from someone in his position make us look badly run & alienate more of our fan base. Instead of enticing fans back with today's result we manage to score another publicity own goal.
