| A bit of a strange game I thought. We were comfortable from the get go and keighley never looked like they would cause us much trouble. In truth they only give us a game in friendlies when we are not really trying...
The first half we dropped a lot of ball unnecessarily but as kear said we showed up in defence to make up for the errors. Second half we scored some lovely try’s and ran out comfortable winners but the atmosphere and performance for me lacked something. I think that something is that basically we know we are in the playoffs and it’s a waiting game now.
Interesting to hear from Chris what happened with the ‘punch’. The keighley player was determined to start something as shown with the penalty he gave away moments earlier. I watched the scrum down as I thought something else would happen then saw the touch judge run on and Elliot asking if he just saw that, which he obviously did. Did Elliot mention what actually happened? Red signalled a punch but I think most inthe stands missed it

| A punch in the scrum? Sounds like we're back to the 1950s.

| Elliot was packing down at blind side prop, maybe that’s another position for him, when the scrum broke Elliot and the Keighley player were still holding each other’s shirts and then he got a punch in the face. Luckily with it been the blind side the linesman had a clear view of it and did his job. When the play stopped I saw Elliot talking to the linesman, I thought he must of done something but he was just asking the linesman if he had seen it. On the way to the game I was telling him not to get involved in anything. My first thought was that he hadn’t bl00dy listened to me but maybe he still does

| Obviously your wise words sunk in Rodge.
It was good to see him and Keyes combine well again on the right.

Thats a big point mate. When Keyes hasn't played Mini has scored less and not found in as much space as Keyes finds him. Have a real good reading of each others game

| Elliot and Keysey have been good mates since England under 16s and have a pretty good understanding together.

Yes Steve they were at London together, England Under 16 and 18s.
When at London, Elliot would go to their house for a meal, it was slightly reassuring for me that he was spending a bit of time in a family environment if that makes sense. Moving to London at 18, although only for a few month, can be a bit daunting.
Yes him at Pickers had a weekend away, I’m getting a bit worried about them 2. He sees Pickers more than he sees his girlfriend

| Quote HalifaxCougar="HalifaxCougar"Another helping hand for the Newco with the red card. Always an uphill battle after that.
Few points:
As no one replied to the on the day cost I ended up watching the video and in doing so you did your club out of cash....'"
Can't speak for anyone else but with your attitude are you really surprised you get no response? I wouldn't bother any future time, as I won't tell you then either.
I particularly laughed at "did your club out of cash" though. Within a couple of quid you already knew the cost, and the fact is you are no supporter you had no intention of going to support Keighley cos you're a fake and a cheapskate. Only time you'd ever even go to Cougar Park is on a freebie. Now back under your bridge Mr. Troll
