Yes correct Mat. Lee Smith seems to be the one that's relaying info to the players in their group chats(obviously not been much lately)

I for one am over the moon with Kear especially if he is in for the long term (3 years) and has Greenwood as assistant.
For a third tier club to attract an SL head of rugby is a huge coup. Goes to show the Bulls are still a draw. Will hopefully put to bed a lot of bullpoop written on here and elsewhere about the future viability of the Bulls......

All I'm hoping that if it is Near, and it seems like it is, that Chalmers really has dotted the 'i's and crossed the 't's with Wakefield. I don't think my heart could take another long drawn out saga of something like Michael Carter coming out tonight with [i'As far as we are concerned John Kear still works for Wakefield'[/i. Then it being sent to the RFL who take four months to adjudicate (whilst Leigh Beattie coaches the team), before deciding we owe Wakefield a fortune.
That can't happen.... can it?  |

I do fear that it's going to be the following...
3.00pm - Bulls announce John Kear as Head Coach
3.01pm - Wakefield announce statement claiming Kear under contract and no agreement in place for his release
3.02pm - Collective people them shelves and awaiting online forums and social media to erupt!!! |

Leigh Beattie is assistant coach and Lee Smith Club Captain.
Happy with that. Think Leigh has been a top club man and whilst I think Lee Greenwood would have been a superb No.2 and potential Head Coach, I think the cost of Kear would have ruled that one out.
