Yeah no word on why we cant beat an egg just that fans need to spend more money, good luck with that and the 8's can see our crowd halving for the remainder, then us going pop at the end with a dig at the fans for not showing up to support the sacks of shiote we call players.

So not blaming the fans, but he is restating the fact that for the club to be successful it needs the fans to put in money.

i know i did read it, just thought id get a pop in first.

We will struggle though, i get his points about bringing the money in and also about drinking in the bar pre + post game, but we have to have a product for us to get behind.

The price point still is a worry for me, i get we have to pay SL prices for a SL but we have anything but that, i think he does need to reduce prices for next season just to get fans interested again otherwise we will really be in a worse position than this year.

Dont think its fair to say the fans are buying into the team (at least thats what i got from it) ive bought 7 shirts this year all full price and been to every home game without a ST and most away games and ive really not had value for money and thats what it will come down to for most.

Need the feeling to come from the top that we can do this and its possible i just haven't felt that for a while now

Fair play to Marc. He has given far far far more than any of us, and really does deserve our support. Do you have all the answers and the finances to back them up? I certainly don't.

Dot think there is one, especially with out a big backer, if the crowds fall off drastically then we may be right back here again come end of the season. Hope im wrong but the mess and followed us around for too long now and needs stamping out

Strong strong stuff from Green. He's not one to make rash comments. In fact I don't think he ever has but they is clearly some anger there and I think some of the personal attacks have got to him.

I don't think its a case of him blaming the fans. But we've got a squad sorted ready for next year, full time. Just an hour ago we thought the final nail in the coffin was about to be put in so I'm happy

Sorry might have been a bit cack handed thats what dyslexia does for me, i just got the feeling from reading that that all this can be solved by the fans and it cant, most of us have given more than we are given credit for and are usually the last ones to either hear anything and the first to be in the firing line

If we're not about to go into admin, then from his point of view it must be incredibly frustrating for every man and his dog to be spreading rumours about our impending doom.

If he's being truthful and next season's squad is already done and dusted, including those academy prospects, then I'll have no problem renewing. He also makes a fair point about the season ticket comparisons.
