Quote AntGiant="AntGiant"Good job your players don't go into games with that attitude. 13 vs 13.. What have your lot got to lose. If we don't win by a shed load we get called rubbish. If we lose we get called rubbish. Get in an arm wrestle with us and we could be beaten. Anyway... Hope you have a good weekend and hope our game is more entertaining than people are predicting.'"
Well, there's an obvious truth in that mate, however with just one fit [iactual[/i prop forward available it's fair to say we'll spend a lot of time going backwards both with, and without, the ball. If our lads manage to overcome that deficiency it will be a new age of miracles...
To be honest, posters discussing exactly who is in the halves is akin to moving the deckchairs around on the Titanic. Without wishing to just list a shedload of cliches, it is the forwards who decide which team wins rugby matches and the halves and threequarters need to be on their toes when receiving the ball - and indeed, when defending, and NOT on their heels, ie going backwards. Without some bigger lads up front we're likely to see far more of the latter than the former.
Obviously hope to be wrong but Hudds by plenty, to be honest.
