I think the issue is more the agreement to repay loans made by OK. The shares were to be transferred in recognition of that settlement over an agreed period .

I don't think the new directors will currently be funding these wages. the club will have income from the season ticket sales. Its a few months down the line, when the funding from season tickets is gone that the club will be brought to its knees.

I would have had some sympathy if the directors actually parted with their own cash, but this clearly isn't the case as they all found it pretty easy to leave.
