And let's face it, we've all seen games rescheduled for far, far worse reasons than this.

According to the T&A, the RFL are playing 'hardball' about moving to Friday (due to WCC) so it seems like it may be Saturday. To be honest, I think a Saturday game would still cost the Bulls a significant amount as quite a few are going to make a weekend of the Wembley trip and who can blame them.

Agree that Saturday will be a reduced income but its still got to be an improvement on playing game on the Sunday. Think we're exaggerating a bit saying it will cost us 100k tbh. Season ticket portion of attendance have already paid whether they turn up or not, can't see there being another 5k walkup that won't attend if its on the Sunday. That's basically assuming entire walkup support will go to wembley instead. Think 50-60k would be a more realistic amount were likely to miss out on.

More Saints fans and us long distance travellers on a Saturday c.f. Friday so may even out slightly.

Well move it to saturday and me & our lass can't go. So if RFL don't allow us to play it friday and it's played on saturday that'll cost em a bar tab of 60 sheets and that's just our lass

That's a thought, though if Saints have a Friday game the following week they may not be too happy with the short turn round - given that it's not their problem.

Although ironically we had to do the same, we played Cas at home on a Monday and then travelled to Saints on the Friday. And we got stuffed. I raised the question and was met with "tough".

They do lol - they have Leeds the following friday where as we have Huddersfield on the sunday !!

But when everyone plays 2 games in 4 days over the easter weekend no one complains

Maybe that's because everyone is doing it, ie. no-one gets an advantage?

We'll play on Sunday so Leeds can have their cash (and glory). The Bulls who are in need of the money given another blow by the RFL. I wonder if Salford will deducted points and Sky money? Somehow I doubt it. Too many axes to grind by the RFL in relation to the Bulls.
