| He lumbers around the field like he's shat himself.
Size of a lion, heart of a mouse.
On a semi-related issue, does any player in Super League tackle the legs? I was always led to believe that's what you went for. Seems these days it's all collision up top. They can't run without their legs.....

Not at all mate. I've spoken about this sort of thing (not in relation to Worrincy) before. What you are after is real strength as opposed to bulk.
This is why the bench press should not be used in strength tests for Rugby players. It proves nothing of any use when out on the pitch. It should be how fast you flip a tractor tyre 5 times or how fast you can run 50 metres with a heavy weight vest on.

| If i am being honest i think worrincy is up there with the worst players in super league. I really do.
I was in local with mates watching the game last night when worrincy was brought on. I said to one of the lads that this guy is utter rubbish. I then didn't see the rest of game as i went to another boozer to meet my mrs. I got a txt off my mate saying "you are rite, that worrincy is worst player in super league"

I don't disagree. I didn't disagree when we signed him either. I thought he was awful at Quins and when we signed him, stated on here that it was the worst signing our club had ever made.
In fact at the time, myself and af had quite the disagreement on Worrincy & Sheriffe I seem to remember. I said they were poor signings, he didn't agree. I'd call that a 1-1 draw (Sheriffe now turning out to be pretty good and Worrincy is in fact crap).

| I really don't know what Macca see's in him?
What does he do in training that makes him selected for the majority of games because he is not selected on his game form.
For somebody who is probably one of the biggest players around, he doesn't know how to physically impose himself.
Compare Worrincys size to say somebody like Orford, Halley, L'estrange, etc and you'd expect that it would be the warlord picking people up in defense and putting them on the backsides, not the little guys.
Complete waste of space who I think we should loan out and only be recalled in an emergency

Any person with eyes would leave Worrincy out last week. Even McNamara can't play him next week, I would be shocked.

| Ha, an honourable draw as well. Worrlord doesn't appear to have kicked on like I'd hoped. Was hoping he'd end up a bit of a Paul Medley. Who does he actually resemble?

He reminds me a bit of Karl Pryce but with less ability. KP always had the same size and physical attributes, but never seemed like he could be bothered. The difference being that when Pryce WAS bothered, he would do well. Worrincy I don't think is an effort issue.

I think it is part of it to be honest. He is incredibly lazy, I watched him a lot in the 2nd half yesterday and he visibly moved away from the ball. When we struggled to get out our own half he should be there to use his size. After making such errors he should be wanting to get his hands on the ball to make amends. Like I posted last night, I was more disappointed with his response to the mistakes rather than the mistakes themselves. If he is playing next week then Hull will run at him all night.
