Not at all. If we all sung from the same hymn sheet then this board would be a very boring place indeed.
I just thought that the "shut up unless you were there" attitude was out of order, that is all.

The game being played on a Saturday is presumably one of these?

Re your first point - 100% agreed. So...
...re your second point - so why didn't you just say that (like I did I think a bit more diplomatically)?

True fans will have been there on Friday as well, just in case.

Halley would play the way he did for us last season. The reason he is scoring for wakefield is that they are giving him opportunity to.
Ellery Hanley would be a disaster - good job at Doncaster, bad job at Cas

Hanley! You must be kidding?
Too many skeletons left in his locker last time he was here.
Never will he be alowed to darken the doors of Odsal again.

Why not? According to most pundits and many fans the Bulls were top 4 material this year on paper!

| Hanley fell out with Saints due to them cutting corners due to financial problems. As things like that appear to be the case here too I doubt he'd come.

Why. Surely the only way the number of supporters would effect things is if we weren't spending our salary cap. Another argument could be that if the board and manager had supported the existing players instead of putting all their eggs in one basket to put one over on GH we'd be in a stronger position.

I don't think you'll get much argument there. That said, the story is that Nobby wanted Iestyn for rugby reasons, rather than Caisley pursuing a vendetta.
As for the money issue... well, we all know the club needs more of it. And it's easier and cheaper to keep a team together, especially with a steady flow of youth players than it is to effectively have to start from scratch.

Eh?????
You all want to spend a shedload more on coaching staff, right?
Can you not see where the money comes from to help pay these - and everyone else not on the playing staff? The scouts, the people who go round the schools, the people who work on potential sponsors, the people who review legal contracts so we don't end up with another fiasco, the people who write the media releases that folk are complaining about, the pre-match entertainment that some folk have complained about...and so on.
You can't have full salary cap spend AND all the above if income is insufficient.
Unless I'm missing something significant here,
