If the flexiweeble is trolling or telling the truth is probably irrelevant. Because if a billionaire takes over tomorrow morning it would, in my opinion, not be enough and too late to escape relegation.

But unfortunately that's probably what's needed to avoid going bust. Again.

The board owes us fans a apology for the absolute garbage we are seeing on the field, at the end of the day we are paying good hard earned money to watch the Bulls and we are getting pathetic half d performance's from the players, I really don't blame the fans that haven't attended over the past few years why pay to see that dross.

I'm struggling to work out why the new board should apologise.

There's no point in trying to intellectualise someone's gut reaction, TT which I guess you know, really. I can empathise with his/her frustration, I feel it myself, however some people have a lower threshold before the knee starts jerking and in those circumstances the target isn't always particularly well thought out.

Not so. Ferres has apologised on behalf of the club, not the board. Unless something major has happened behind the scenes that I am unaware of the only people who should apologise are the players & coaching staff.

Not heard that yet. This was, I take it, is similar to the government apologising for something which occurred in the 17th century.

Its signed Steve Ferres MANAGING DIRECTOR - if he is not a member of the board or not making a statement on behalf of the board he best changes his title...

I take it to be a passive aggressive apology of the "buck your ideas up" variety and the last people it it is intended for are the people it directly addresses.

In any case, if the players aren't embarrassed by having management issue an apology on their behalf there's something wrong with them.
