I don't think, however, he has issued a press release. It sounds to me like he was asked a question and answered it. He's not a media bloke. He's an accountant who ended up being given the job of running a rugby club.

To be fair, I think most people expected a four point reduction, as that is consistent with previous penalties. I'm expecting you to get two back.

You mentioned fighting with one hand tied behind your back and I just think it a bit odd (but not surprising) that you think the one club that this applies to out of the two is Wakefield when the "disadvantage" you speak of was something that someone allegidly said that never even happened because you thankfully never went into the rotten administration. Where as ours is very measurable and there for all to see.

I think if you asked the neutral fan in the street (regardless of what they the thought of the politics of the situation) which one of the two clubs was fighting with one hand tied behind their back given the evidence, I don't think many would pick Wakefield. I'm not saying Wakefield have had any favours either mind.
