But that's not going to happen. Maximum we'll get is 2pts back. I think Michael Carter would have been better withholding his comments until after the appeal process.
Either way Wakey cold soon be following us. He has worked his backside off to save Wakey. But he doesn't have money to write off debts, their attendances are really poor, plus I think I RFL have struck another beauty in not letting them have a home game for about 6 weeks like they did with us last year! I think the extra sky income may have saved them.'"

I think the extra sky income may have saved them.'" if he did then and you had got all the points back would they then listen to his statement in the same way, FWIW I have no doubt if you have shown similar repayments to creditors you get 2 points back but it still doesn't go the hole way to when we got threatened with being kicked out of the league. Its not all about Bradford there is a lot going on besides that but that will be up to the club to respond.

The relevant bit to that is "lease and freehold" meaning we'd no longer be leasing from RFL or the Council. I assume that's a prelude to developing the site commercially without input from the council. Since the lease from the council is normally described as "peppercorn" the cheaper option would be to buy only the lease from the rfl and pay the peppercorn rent to the council.
