What a win! Considering all the disruption to the side that's the first win there since 2015. I know Fev had plenty of injuries of their own but we looked well organised in attack and resilient in defence. Win next week and we're 3 wins from 4 tough opening fixtures.

Taufua should be good to go next Saturday vs Toulouse. Blackmore needs a bit longer. I expect it'll be Myers and Taufua on the wings. Carr looks like a decent prospect but he needs regular games in order to develop, that's why we sent MacKenzie Scurr to Hunslet on loan, League 1 is a better standard than reserves or academy.

Davies to stand off has been a masterstroke. Smith seems to be a lot more comfortable as a distributor too. The way the backs combined at Fev was nice and smooth.
