| But seriously, I'd rather not go to Keighley.

| There are probably still some on this forum that remember the jibes and insults thrown at Keighley during their past troubles by some of your fans. It wasn't nice, it wasn't funny. Maybe you should just ponder how we felt before you are quick to judge.
I'm all for a bit of banter but IMO this situation is to serious for that so I'll just wish you good luck like many of the genuine Bradford fans did for us. Situations like this are not pleasant, but on the positive side I cannot imagine you not surviving in some form or other.
PS the petty insults in reply are just that, petty.

| And, if further proof was needed that RL is the greatest game ever, Brian McDermott will be auctioning his Challenge Cup winners medal on the night.

| I decided to never set foot again in Cougar Park after I attended a match there in the early 2000's as a neutral and was verbally abused as I happened to be wearing my old Northern scarf.
Keighley were struggling financially and as it was January I wanted to feed my Rugby League habit and help, in my own small way, a member of the 'family'. After the vitriol that was aimed my way for merely wearing the scarf of the team I happen to support I decided to leave them to it, and shall continue to do just that.

Shortly after the Cougars demise I came to Odsal to watch some ex players, playing for Leeds against Bradford. A tough uncompromising game which Bulls narrowly lost. I can assure you that Keighley fans are not the only ones who behave in the manner you describe.
You have a lot of very genuine fans who I feel for, but you also have more than your fair share of numpties who could do with reflecting on their past actions.
Good luck.

Tell you what, you rein in your numpties and we'll do the same? is that fair enough?

Disappointing to hear that.
You should definitely be welcome as a neutral. I'm sure there will be the odd Bradford fan who occasionally watches our games. You should be aware that many of our fans dislike Bradford as a club however.
I remember seeing someone in a Bradford shirt at one of our games a few seasons back and he never received any hassle. I genuinely can't imagine anyone receiving hassle for wearing a Bradford shirt at a Keighley game that doesn't involve Bradford these days.

| I've had a spot of bother at Keighley in the past too. Nothing serious though, and when a friend hired the club house for a party I took several opportunities to pi55 in your in-goal area.
I consider the matter settled.

Was it the scoreboard end? The grass always looks much lusher there.
