Quote af="af"Oh, I saw Asim's hint alright. Don't think it follows though. Maybe if they'd been more patient with Todd's supposed mediocrity they'd still be where he left them, thirty odd places above where they are currently.'"
Colin Todd left City 3 points above the relegation zone after winning 3 of his last 20 games, before his supposed "stars" were sold before his sacking, the writing was on the wall. The rot set in years before that anyway.
I'm not stretching a point to say I've seen this all before, City fans, and the powers that be, would blame referees (against us because we were a small club for the level we were at, that slowly morphed into being against us because we were a big club for the level we were at), the Football League (who had it in for us because of our admins) and, of course, we've got no money (it's undeniable that money helps, but as City have shown in the last 4 seasons it's not everything). The one difference is that at least those in charge at Odsal have made some investment in infrastructure and the future with the training facilities.
Accept failure and you'll soon get it.
