Just had a slightly odd email from the club.....

Someone this afternoon has been in asking about the sponsorship syndicate we are running on here, asking if the can pay the club directly.

Was that anyone in the 52 that signed up?

I've told the club only to deal with myself with regard to the RAB sponsorship, otherwise we'll have no idea of who is involved!

Can anyone shed any light?

I can only presume it's someone not in the 52, who reads the board without posting and wants to get involved?

Very strange.

Obviosuly someone's got the wrong end of the stick somewhere or heard half a story second hand and just phoned up the club.

Cookie has sent payment to my Paypal too, so that makes 4. Added to my £20 and that's a £100 cheque that I'll be sending to Wigs in the morning.

If after that though anyone actually can't pay by cheque, I'm still happy to let you paypal me it and then me forward another cheque at a later time.
