I wish him all the best purely based on the fact he's a decent and nice guy. I'd love him to go over to the NRL and rip them apart.

But just because he's a nice guy, doesn't take away from the fact that he's a bloody awful Rugby League player, and I won't say otherwise just because he is a decent sort.

I would agree with the idea that Martin Offiah has become some sort of super agent.

I understand the idea that he was playing in a poor side, so it's difficult to judge someone. But I thought he was gash before he even came to us, so I don't think it applies to Worrincy. Even awful players can look half decent in a top side, see Ian Kirke and Ricky Bibey for examples.

i thought new coach, new players and the pledge scheme that we were moving in the right direction and we'd get some optimism around the place and we'd improve and we'd start getting a buzz at home matches again and we'd compete and we'd start to make progress but not now because we have just finished that off by letting one of the best young english talents a strong player with great athletisism strong muscular legs and hard toned body leave superleague.

i can't understand why a player like that has to join the cumbrian league i mean no disrespect to the cumbrian league but he is a professional player why does he need to go to an amatuer league?

penrith is a nice place it's got an oasis holiday park - the rapids are ace and the wave machine - and it's a great base to explore the lake district but it's not super league is it?

Worrincey was usually mince, so how he's got a deal at Panthers is simply gob smacking! However, your final 13 games would indicate that there were a few others not earning their pay cheque.

And yes, disappointing though he his, Kirke could easily pull on a Bull's jersey. He wouldn't be the first guy not deemed good enough for leeds, to suddenly up his game by making the trip down the ring road, now would he?
