| Being [size=150A[/sizetheist with a very big A, I'm rather naive about the degree to which religious people can tap into their respective communities.
OK seemed to be making various noises about other Asian business links, developing the ground via Dubai etc. Can Marc tap into anything new from his background I wonder?

| Quote Wooden Stand="Wooden Stand"Only the Administrator can confirm how much was owed to OKB creditors and how much cash (if any) has been paid to them following the sale of the Club.'"
Well, the preferred creditors are the administrator himself ?£60k more/less? I don't know how much he would charge for 8 weeks work. Anyone remember how much Guilfoyle charged?
Then the debenture is next - Mr Green himself. Reported in T&A as being in the order of £250k.
So if he paid about £300k or less for the club, creditors will get nothing I would think. Unless he voluntarily pays some now to have a better chance at appeal. Which would seem a bit of a gamble.

At a guess, the Administrator's costs of Bradford Bulls Holdings amounted to £349,051, but the company's preferential creditors approved that their remuneration be restricted to the sum of £133,225 that they had already received.
Preferential creditors totalled £42k (not all seemingly claimed) and unsecured creditors nearly £1.3m
NatWest held a debenture but as the Bulls were about £23k in credit at the time it went bust, NatWest had no claim.

| Excuse me if I am being thick, but if Marc Green is one of the main creditors then surely that is one of the creditors settled?

| Well, you'd think it would be a creditor who wasn't going to kick off about it.....

Wouldn't all the season ticket holders also be unsecured creditors of some sort? Could honoring season tickets be classed as paying of a portion of creditors too..

Doubt it. The company which owns the Bulls is BBN2014. Only if it could prove it paid off, from its funds, Green's debenture, do I expect that would "count" as a repayment to creditors.
But then, if MG introduced 150k capital into BBN2014, which then used that money to repay the SSG debenture, that would on the face of it seem to work. Hmm. Anybody got any paracetamol?
