| Quote roger daly="roger daly"To be exact, what I have heard tonight was " we are getting 2 points back maybe 4" and that came straight from the horses mouth from somebody you could say is pretty high up within the Bulls.I can feel a letter from Wakie fans been written as we speak'"
Mate put you cue on the rack I hope you get your points back and then things can be settled on the pitch your crusade against Wakey is a bit tedious for some of us true RL fans
Good luck

well said. Most Bulls and wakey fans want this season settled on the pitch not off it. Sunday June 1st Bulls v Wakey at Odsal should be an absolute belter of a match with a great atmosphere as Im sure both sets of fans will turn up in numbers for that one. Good luck against Leeds.

| Good article in the T&A today with Marc Green,no silly promises or telling the fans what they want to hear.Certainly things look better than they were.Hopefully another new prop soon and hopefully Ferguson and Gaskill back for Salford game, suddenly things look a bit brighter

| Quote Bully_Boxer="Bully_Boxer"Thought Green came across pretty well during his interview with Radio Leeds. Promises that avoiding relegation is first priority but he plans to be here for 10-15 years and plans to run the club with his business head and not his heart. Just need him to be the owner that keeps those promises now.
Arrival of Fakir is a good start to the recruitment, he should add the aggression and go forward that we desperately lack right now. When you look at the upcoming fixtures we're probably going to struggle regardless so I'd be content to be a little patient rather than rush out to just fill shirts. The home tie versus Salford is pretty much a must win though, it would be great to see Gaskell, Ferguson and Fakir come into the side for that match.'"
Agree with most of that.
He came across well, imo. No silly promises and the club is to be run as a business, well about bloody time is probably what most of us think. So, the rhetoric is fine, let's hope the delivery is there too, that'll be a first for a while.
Agree about Fakir; at 31 he's in his prime for a prop and he's also a guy with a point to prove, could turn out to be an inspired signing, though I may be starting to sound a bit like various versions of old management now..
As for Salford being a "must win", well I don't think any game is truly a "must" win, at least not until the last match. I'd accept that if we go into the game with a decent squad and the right attitude, it's the sort of game we'll have a better chance of winning than most , but in every season we win some games we pretty much expect to lose and lose some of our "must wins". We need 1 point more than second from bottom and, if we get them, we'll get them from from teams spread over the league.

| Quote roger daly="roger daly":2ylco1ttHeard a little rumour we are getting at least 2 points back.'" I'm amazed after what happened last time. Then we were assured of a 'no points' penalty before the former chairman spilled it all over the T&A before the announcement, and the RFL responded by taking six. Hope we're not in for some Dêja vu, along with Fakir...
That said, I've always felt that, since they didn't even know who was taking over, let alone how much they intended to repay, they were more than a bit premature in taking the points.
Obviously, hope it is true though..

| Only the Administrator can confirm how much was owed to OKB creditors and how much cash (if any) has been paid to them following the sale of the Club.

Incorrect. The books and records of OKB would confirm this to anyone who looked. I am thinking each interested party looked.

Incorrect. The administrator's only concern is getting in available funds, taking his cut and dividing the rest. The administrator would obviously not be in any position to "confirm" any payments made to creditors outside the administration, for example as part of any assurances made to RFL, or as a goodwill gesture to keep a supplier sweet by the new owners. If anything, any such extraneous voluntary payments would be confirmed by others to the administrator, and not the other way around.

| I don't think we should rest on our laurels with saving our club, we should aspire to solve the Middle East problem at the same time.
I was thinking that now we have a practicing Jewish owner, if we managed to also get some Koukash involvement then we'd be uniting the Jewish and Palestinians communities in our own humble way. Thereafter, we ring Jerusalem, tell them we've worked it all out and bob's your uncle..world harmony.
I can't see any flaws in my approach.

Careful - I know we want to get the gates up but preferably not with Mossad death squads and suicide bombers, but I am sure in most religions you could buy some serious deduction from your days in purgatory by giving generously to the Bulls!
