I have also already said the administrator is working on behalf of the creditors but he is going above his remit. This is the main difference between this admin and the others.
The checks and balances I refer to now is mainly to the creditors meeting and finalising of contracts for signing etc. We know due diligence has taken place.
Anyway I think we are going round in circles. Here's hoping to see some more great Bulls v saints games although you might have to wait a while so we can catch back up.'"

The administrators have to write to the creditors and inform them of the sale and invite them to a creditors meeting to ratify the sale. They have 14 days to do this from the sale date. The creditors can only block the sale
In exceptional circumstances.

Well on face value you seem to obviously have a touch of inside knowledge. I'm not interested in your source etc but the one thing I do want to know is which club do you support? |

No, the creditors vote, if 75% say "yes" that's t, if they don't then liquidation. Circumstances exceptional or otherwise don't enter into it |

So surely that means the creditors will approve this bid as this is the only way they get anything back? Even if the new owners offer 10% of the debt the creditors HAVE to take it otherwise they get nothing if we liquidate? |
