Well, it's progress I suppose. The statement makes sure to point out that the agreement is only in principal at this stage. Quite what that entails is anyone's guess.

Maybe to just iron out final details, would expect moore to join as a director if he and khan can sort out the issues they have.

Wasn't that to do with the annual return being late? I would assume (or guess) thats now sorted with the annual return being sent in?

I hope so, rumours are that the application is dated the 24th December, but the link above is the only thing I can find on London Gazette website

Indeed, D2 is simply a notice that the Annual Return has been filed. If you go up to Page 1 of these reports the Key for the codes is always there (sorry if you already knew this).

Obviously, now we've been mentioned in the Gazette, it'll find it's way onto the T&A forum (which I'm quickly losing any and all patience with) and it'll be the end of the world

Mmm, yeah, I know it's 'private', but I find it hard to believe there won't be any 'knock on' effect to the club. I mean, I know they're not short of a bob or two, but neither are they some sort of mega rich people either and the sort of money they are talking about [and any sum which has to be compared to its relationship to a million quid is mega money, to me] is enough to make your eyes water.
