| It's on telly, so the crowd will probably be around 4,000 at the very most

| Just found out that if Halifax can't get the stand sorted the stadium will be limited to around 6k!! It's going to be a battle for tickets

| I won't be going so that's 10,999 Bradford fans that will be fighting for tickets. I hope it's true that the game is televised as I am stuck in a recording studio all that weekend.

The club should adopt a reasonable approach to the dispensing of tickets for this and all future "free" games where to numbers available is less than our total number of ST Holders.
There are fans that go week in week out and stuck with the side through the really tough times in recent seasons. My opinion is that tickets should be allocated based on the ST Holders history for purchasing away tickets this season. They could also factor in the home games you have been too this year as well. Give a point for each home game and two for an away (that has been played or has tickets on sale for) and those with so many points go first then so on!

| What about a set of dares to promote the club?
Say we get 1500 tickets.
Top prize is 500 tickets to hand out/sell as you wish plus a signed shirt.
2nd prize - 5 people get 100 tickets each to hand out/sell as they wish plus a scarf
3rd prize 10 people get 50 tickets each to hand out/sell as they wish plus a signed photo of Mike Worrincy in his swimming trunks.
The idea is to attempt publicity stunts to promote the club and a panel of judges decide on the best ones. Things like streaking a premier league football match with a Bulls badge covering your back, breaking in to the house of commons and throwing Red, Amber and black die at David Cameron? Having Come on you bulls tattoo'd across your face and gatecrashing a red carpet film premiere in Leicester Square.
The larger the number and bigger the news outlets the better the score. For example if it get's mention from Bill ans Sian on BBC breakfast it gets more points than just having Harry and Christa mention it on Look North.

| Well the club are offering a 10 game season ticket at the pledge prices until the 1st April.
Do they get the CC ticket offer too? Or is that only for full season ticket holders?

Tickets should be open to all season ticket holders end of. Bringing use of season ticket / away games discriminates against those who cannot go because of work or who pay on the day for away matches. This isn't like football where you get allocations for all matches for away teams and you buy through your club. Only way it could be done is those who committed to the 5 / 10 / 15 and 25 year season tickets get first call but I would still say that is unfair on those who don't have money readily available to make that commitment at the last minute.

| I'm rather pleased I won't have to miss the game now as I will make sure it's on in the studio while we're mixing .

Unfortunately, it going to be down to pot luck! I appreciate this isn't football and people do have other commitments so therefore no able to attend certain games. I'm just saying reward those folk that turn up week in week out with first dibs. It isn't going to be many more than 300! Folks commiting to the long term ST were on an invite only basis which again would add complexity to it!
Last years tickets were made available with immediate effect - think they went on sale around lunch time one day, same again i would imagine!

You can't prove who did and didn't go. Would be unfair for those who pay for away games on the gate etc. Best thing to do would be to say our season ticket amount is rare, but that no stadium smaller than 10,000 can hold a challenge cup game where season ticket numbers of both clubs outweighs availability etc. I didn't get an invite, but I still signed up!

Didn't realise that you could sign up for the offer without an invite!!
Would be nice for a ruling like that - but it wouldn't be fair on a club like Fax (and the others that are affected) to move their biggest pay day in years away from The Shay! As for proof the ticket office have prepurchase ticket history, those that paid on the gate wouldn't be able to count it.
We'll just wait and see what the club do! Hopefully Fax will get the capacity up to 10k and we can have 3k in tickets which should be enough to cover the fans that want to go!

| You have to also bear in mind that not all Halifax fans will want to go as:
a) its on tv and
b) season ticket holders will have to pay.
So some will definately give it a miss.

Challenge cup is split 50/50 surely more fans in the ground = more money. Could easily agree that profit on bar and vans are also split 50/50.
