I seem to remember Stuart Duffy mentioning at the fans' forum that Orford paid for his surgery himself. Perhaps he is trying to reclaim these expenses somehow after discussing things with Mimis?

which would also tie in with the comments from mimis about us needing to release him before end of november. We all assumed he was referring to us having to pay Orford 2nd year off his contract but I'm guessing that once Orford had been under contract to us for 12 months (which would have been about end off november) then some sort of image rights/signing on payment kicked in. Which is the money they are now saying we owe Orford. Would also explain why this issue off us owing him money was never mentioned earlier. |

good job peter hoods in charge then and not you mick as that approach would land us straight in another lawsuit. Approach hoods taking will probably give us the same overall outcome as your approach but without the lawyers fee's.  |
