I could have the wrong player, but didn’t Dale Ferguson receive a bad head injury this season playing for Huddersfield, at the time it was thought he had a stroke.

I'd imagine he would be a higher end earner, but I'm not convinced he would offer good value for money given his injury record. Shame because when fit he's a good player.

Ugh, maybe it's just me but I'm not here for these twitter teases for players right now, especially when all we're announcing are player retentions.
It just feels so tone deaf when you consider the fact that we very recently lost five of our best players on the SAME DAY.
We need a whole bunch of good news right now and if Sam Hallas signing a one year deal is all they have then just announce it and be done with it. Don't tease it like it's something worth hyping up.

Pickersgill will be probably in a inflated wage after we convinced him not to sign for Fev last year.
If he's happy with Brown and Stephenson at 1 then he might have been convinced to cut the cloth a bit more.

With all due respect, if we can't afford to keep the likes of Foggin-Johnson then we really are going to be scraping around the bottom of the barrel for players
Yes, I can see that the other would be in demand (especially Hitchcox) but DFJ? He's surely got to be on a VERY modest contract? |
