If he is 50/50 for Sunday then that is good news. It probably means it isn't that serious an injury. He was walking about after the game last weekend. If he is fit then I would start him on the bench. If the forwards play the same again this weekend I expect us to be good enough with Keys and Lilley anyway. I wouldn't bring him on if not needed in that last 20 minutes to make sure he is completely right for next week.

wait and see - he is a very close friend of my brother in law - it is a serious injury and for obvious reasons the club won't want to announce it.

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to be honest, its about the size of the Bulls luck. First Sheffield f**k about for a few months, then he gets a season ending injury in his first game. That would fit the seasons's script perfectly.

He went for a scan on Wednesday. So results wouldn't be known until then. The person that told me this is a reliable source. I neither know or care who this psychic Fax fan is but that club has some world class e stirrer supporters as recent events prove.

They don't go for immediate scans as apparently they need to let it settle down a day or so before taking a scan. This has been said many times with players over many years. Breaks and fractures are different as they may need operations quickly. It doesn't surprise me that it was left a few days and he was walking after the game

Guess we can only wait. Wouldn't surprise me if they actually know it is long term and are only saying "he may play Sunday" so Dewsbury have to plan for two eventuality's. Anyway reading their forum, things don't sound too rosy with it sounding like Mark Moore is trying to sort out a bit of a mess. Not a Bulls-sized style of a mess, but things don't sound great.
