| There are 18 listed in the e mail but in the main body of the piece it says that Johnny Walker replaces Lauaki
I suspect the wings will be Clare and Ryan and the centre will be Blythe

Think its pretty much guaranteed Howarth and Philbin will feature so doesnt really leave space for a fifth prop unless we stick Clough at loose or maybe Kavanagh in 2nd row? Cant see how we can avoid playing Blythe with squad named, only real option would be Mellor in but hes never looked comfortable their IMO.

| True but I would rather have Mellor there than Blythe!

So I take it you weren't prepared to do like the BBC in wartime and put out some false info to lead them down the garden path?
Haha and I though Rohan never missed a trick!

Did you go on to ask his opinion of 19-man squads and their announcement schedule?

| Nice pre-game boost tonight, Sheffield have beaten Fev 35 - 10. The latter would have gone fourth joining us on 24 points had they won.

Yeah that is a huge result for us, should give the boys some added incentive for Sunday. Unfortunately it will probably do exactly the same for Halifax!
Sounds like Roger's lad got over for a meat pie as well

Yes he nipped over for the last try, cost me a quid
Very surprised how poor Fev were tonight, lots of simple passes put down, they played how Sheff have played most of the season.

Rubbish would have been an improvement over what Bradford served up today.
It's very easy to blame the ref when you lose, which is why I'm about to do it. He allowed Fax to mess about in the tackle, flop on already tackled players and basically allow Fax to get away with murder
However, the ref didn't cause us to knock on over the line leading to a Fax score.
He didn't allow the ball to be stolen on the first tackle.
He didn't kick the ball aimlessly into the air on the 5th tackle every set.
We seem to be going backwards under Smith. We're not going to make top 4 this season so I don't know what that'll do to the budgets for next year, but the Bulls cannot go on asking the fans to pay SL prices for under 8's performances.
Actually, that's unfair. At least under 8's know to hold onto the ball

| Really disappointing today, way way off the pace. Our line speed over the last few games has been really slow, don't know if this is part of Smiths defensive plan but it isn't working. Fax won the collision over and over again. Why can't Bulls get 'up' for games like our opponents do, their props ran harder all the game. Today just showed what a couple of decent (not world beating) half backs can do. There was no cohesion between Charnock and Addy whatsoever. I don't know where these two Aussie halfbacks are but we better get them here double quick because we won't and don't deserve to be in the top four playing like we did today.

| Same old.
No creativity whatsofekkinever. Curse the arts holes who have left us with no scum Half all these years. We look utterly lost with the ball.
Our kamikaze self-destruct infection is absolutely rampant at the moment. This too has gone on for years, and is harder to explain, but the whole team sometimes has a determination to find ever more bizarre ways to give the opposition the ball back. Today's Gold Award was whoever caught the ball in goal, went one way, then the other, then dropped it in front of a Fax player. How do you coach against this stuff?
Runner up- Welham. A good Bulls move, not tackled, could do anything, so chooses to get himself bundled into touch.
Overall, Fax looked so much livelier and inventive, and when in attack, always posed a threat. We were the opposite, one man plunges and kicks is pretty much all we had to offer and so with all the possession we had inside their 20, you never thought we were going to score, just no idea at all.
Looking for any positives, not many today. We started okay (but only posted 6 points for all that position and effort). Our pack probably matched theirs. Pitts and O'Brien did well. But while we probably do have a number of decent players potentially, the lack of any halfback lead means we end up looking like a team of plodders. If we don't make the 8s it may be a mercy. If we were playing the Rhinos they would need a Cray supercomputer to keep the score.
