Why are we persisting with Seijka as a goal kicker? Didn't someone say Ryan Shaw finished last season with over 80% success rate with conversions? I can only assume Shaw won't be playing if others are fit.

Wondering that myself. Mullaney and Gaskell can both kick too and you'd expect them to be in team most weeks. Would have thought we would have given them all a try. Could be case we are doing on training field and sjelka is looking best option I suppose. Only difference between kicking in training an in matches is effect of crowd noise so I guess it isn't as important for coaching staff to see different options under match conditions. |

I was diappointed with our first half performance today and our second half at Cas. We just cannot keep dropping the ball as much as we are doing. I think the forwards were competetive, especially Karl Davies who will be a handful in the Championship. I thought Tahroui was better than at Cas too. I think we need more leadership from Siejka who I thought was fairly quiet. As someone said earlier we could have done with that Huddersfield game. Hope Mullaney is OK as he showed his class again.

Not sure what I think of today's performance really. We were outclassed in all areas in reality. But it was a good run out.
I was quite impressed with Seijka (am I ever going to spell that right?) and thought Sidlow was class. He was giving the team an absolute b*****king after one try.
Please tell me that Chev is not going to be at centre all season.
