(a) Take ANY TWO letters of the players' first name and ANY TWO letters of his last name. In the case of DARREN LOCKYER you might (just for example) pick DA and LO
Substitute the alphabet number for each letter (ADA LO=15. So the first part of your secret code would be 411215
