Are irrevocable differences the same as irreconcilable differences, or is it a new type of difference?

Apparently there is now a difference where if each party agrees, it can be revoked and the difference(s) expunged from the record. Alas these differences weren't like that.

Is it a coincidence that this story broke on day our management were in London and unable to respond promptly? Doubt it somehow

We certainly don't need negativity behind the scenes at the moment & we'd need a really good reason to turn down investment.

Whats more of a concern to me is the fact she seemed to have a good relationship with the players & the wheels have fallen off on the field recently too.

What she's said on twitter may be unprofessional but indicates that she was driven away and is looking at taking legal advice . She's also indicated its in the publics best interest to know whats happened.

I hope we have a full press release soon because at the moment it's painting the club in a negative light again.

Wouldn't argue with that for younger generation who are more upto speed with twitter/Facebook etc like miss Willey is, but khan and sutcliffe are a generation behind so maybe not as au-fait?

I would doubt a mp and former government minister is familiar with the modern electric telephone.

It will be interesting to hear her reasons if she gives an explanation. Not heard or seen a great deal from Hardcastle yet either other than a bit on this fashion show. Or is just me that has had my eyes closed??

The real surprise is that Mr Khan and his people allowed it to get this far. Money first...then PR is a better approach.

Shes threatening legal action against anyone stating its because of finances & has said this morning `the chef has quit the bulls too` .. Not good for business all the negativity. I cant help but feel there's more to all of this.. One thing Jay Willey did was being `hands on`. Shes been working up at the club since she sited interest, Kate Hardcastle other than a fashion show i havent heard much from.
