To claim the moral high ground I have removed my correct Fev victory prediction, so we are starting from scratch again. I would let FA have his 5 points for the correct margin but it was obvious to everyone after half an hour that it was going to be an 18 point margin.

Just to clarify, I have received a lovely pm from Ferocious Aardvark explaining the circumstances. I fully accept this explanation and no further action (other than making his prediction for fev null and void) is required.
However, please be aware that if you change your results further you may end up making your own null and void.
The fact that your orginal post was well in time you didn't actually need to take the high moral ground but seing as you have now changed them they will also have to be deemed null and void.

Week One of the playoffs completed and the results are in.
Week One Results
(G1) Daveyz999 2 - jammie 4
(G2) Ferocious Aardvark 3 - tigertot 3 (tigertot wins on tiebreaker 1)
(G3) Steam Pig 3 - pulsator 2k7 4
(G4) bulls4 5 - feebleweasel 3
(G5) Bullinenemyland 4 - childofthenorthern 3
(G6) jpmac 3 - dddooommm 9
There was a shock in Game 1 as jammie beat League Shield winner Daveyz999. Elsewhere tigertot beat Ferocious Aardvark on the tiebreaker whilst pulsator 2k7, bulls4 and Bullinenemyland won their respective ties.
The result of the round however was in Game 6 where dddooommm outscored everyone with a total of 9pts.
Steam Pig, feebleweasel, childofthenorthern and jpmac sadly exit the competition.
So I can now confirm the Playoff Week Two fixtures as follows:
G7 jammie vs pulsator 2k7
G8 tigertot vs dddooommm
G9 ferocious aardvark vs bullinenemyland
G10 Daveyz999 vs bulls4
It's all knockout from hereout so no more second chances!!!
