| I thought it was a mistake to play sammut at full back when Leeds had the ball and stand off when we had it. Leaving aside the collision with pryce, it meant that we didn't have a full back to join the line which made us more predictable. Might have been better to play walker or whitehead in the centre and moved one of the three quarters to full back.

| Well done Ferdy, best part of a Bradford Leeds derby is the banter. It's rugby not football, fans have banter not real hatred for one another

| Bulls fans would have had a better view than i did in the southstand but in the first half when leeds were 6-0 down JJB kicked on a poor pass cant remember from who and collected and would have walked under the sticks. Why was it called back?

| I was wondering the same, bulls player knocked it down before JJB kicked on should have been try time, seemed like ganson blew for a pull back on a bulls player but then gave a scrum.
All his decisions seemed odd for both teams, least he was consistently crap.
Bradford just seem to panic when we get the oppos line, 3 times they tried to force it elima was on the 1st tackle he should have just taken it instead of trying to offload, we had a man advantage at that point and still cocked up, errors just seem to kill us, think 4 of the leeds tries came from our errors, pryce and sammut colliding, the knock on on our 20 in the final minute, not finding touch leeds came back and scored on the next set and the knock on on our 20ish again from the scrum leeds flicked it away and scored.

| Leeds need to keep sir kevin and JP in cotton wool as loose these 2 players in next few weeks they won`t be challenging for SL title, thought Richard Moore had a top game for Leeds, as people have said we gifted leeds 4 tries and it didn`t help when BK went off, i`d have put platt to FB and played walker in centre`s. Thought Hargreaves and Elima were our stand out players, great support again, really enjoyed the banter espicall going out of the ground when victor meldrew started even slaggin his on team off, not a McDermott fan even though he`s one them SL! UNBERLEAVEABULL!

That's exacally what rugby should be like. I remember in 2003 me (Leeds) and my mate (Bradford) got tickets for final in Cardiff. We tossed a coin and I lost, so off we went down in a Bradford supporters bus, me with my rhinos shirt. I got alot of stick particulary on the way back but everyone had a beer with me and it was taken by me as good natured banter and I am sure it was given out in the same way. Was a cracking day even losing and for me sticks in my mind how good a game it is to follow,

No idea why that was disallowed. They were some strange decisons for both teams.
Did anyone in the north satnd see Hicks completely miss the ball bouncing on the line in the second half. Hall and all the Bradford players stopped but for some reason Hicks didn't see it. Thankgully nothing came of it, but it just shows how poor some of the officals are.
I also thiught the Manuokafoa try was down, and the picture in our local paper backs that up, but the in goal judge had a different idea obviously.

| The most entertaining facet of this thread is "hyperbolicrhino" condescendingly correcting spelling. Your grammar is atrocious and you must love the comma. Please rectify your own mistakes i.e *especially. In addition to this the word 'hate' is predominantly interpreted as a platitude and doesn't necessarily signify animosity.

I thought he signalled a forward pass?

Pretty sure he did. I didn't see it to be honest, but behind the sticks isn't the best position to judge.

| I was behind the sticks at the other end, it seemed pretty clear from watching the replay on the screen that Burrow passed the ball forward, it hit our player rolled on and JJB picked it up, nothing slightly controversial about it at all.

The Leeds fans know Burrow passed it forward but they see it that often they get confused when it's punished.

| Im fairly sure it didn't hit a Bradford player, it was just a bad pass that drifted forward and was rightly given as so.
As for the crowd, 18.5k seemed about right to me. The capacity is 21k. I'm sure 2,500 more people could have got in the South Stand, the Carnegie Terrace and the few empty seats plus a few on the Western Terrace.

| Regarding last nights game.......
I actually came away from the ground happy in the knowledge that i had witnessed probably the best Rhinos v Bulls game for god knows how long
The Bulls deserve a great deal of credit for not only last nights performance but also for how they have improved this season under Potter and most notably how the players have continued to give their all throughout all the doom and gloom <although in the back of their minds they are undoubtedly playing each week in a shop window for any future suitors >
IMO Luke Gale was the best player on the pitch last night, i also thought that Platt looked pretty hard to handle too
On the downside, I would not have Pryce anywhere near a RL pitch as he clearly has a heart like a pea. He has a body like Greg Inglis but sadly has nothing to back this up in SL, I'd guess that he will end up breaking records where he belongs in the lower leagues

Think most Bulls fans would agree with you, however is strike rate is fairly good. It would be frightening how many tries he would get if he ran with the determination of Lesley.
