| Thing is, how do you motivate a team in Bradford's position? What can you say? "You've ed it up all season, you're no where near the play-offs and we're playing a team who are trying to avoid finishing bottom"
Mick Potter and his staff have a hard pre-season ahead of them.

| The question has to be "Can Mick Potter motivate the Team at all?" Because if this season is anything to go by the answer is no!

| I go back to my earlier point. Why on earth even bother playing Royston and Ah Van if you're trying to build for next season? I'd sooner have thrown in someone from the U20s. They couldn't have played worse, and it would have given them experience towards next season.
As for how to motivate them? How about pointing out that (according to the radio) there was a decent following of Bulls fans who'd taken the trouble to turn up and they deserved a bit of effort from the team? It seems that Wakefield had no trouble getting motivated. Probably wanted to 'do it for Kear'. Trouble is we don't seem to have too many who want to 'do it for Potter'....

| "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark"?
Thoroughly depressing end to another thoroughly depressing season. In fact, far and away the most depressing one yet. Good bloody riddance to it.

Well at least all those who attributed all our ills to McNamara have been totally vindicated.
And those who ventured to suggest that there may have been other, maybe deep-seated causes contributing to our plummet from grace have been proved totally wrong.
I HAVE got that right, haven't I?
Since I'm trying to work out why, well after a year after Macca went, I feel more disheartened and depressed than ever?

Burgess getting a slaughtering 3 knock ons! Hargreaves being criticised along with many of the team ie Briggs, Royston etc the commentator even says Kopczak in field when I know Its actually crossely! Don't know whether to quite believe what's being said! Such critical sore losers those commentator blokes does anyone know if they have any rugby knowledge?!!'"
They probably have more rugby knowledge than Potter by the sound of it.

Well TBH it took McNamara 2 years to wreck the work of Noble it's going to take as long for Potter to fix whats been broken.
IMO i lay the blame at the door of Hood for the mess we are in on the playing front. We never here anything from the man would CC have been this invisible these last few season's.

| Like someone said above, took McBanana 4 years to dismantle a world class side, will take Potter 2 years to push us in the right direction.

| Hood and his chum Macca created this. I'll be glad when the last of this double act is long gone.

| I think Potter may have said what amounts to a pretty appropriate epitaph tonight:
"In spite of everything I would have liked to think that we could have given a better account of ourselves."
