sibbit has a contract for next year, a club would have to want to sign him and we'd have to want to let him go. I think he's a useful squad player.

| Would look at Hanbury, Chan, Witt, Withers in a breath.
Been mentioned numerous times, but subject to salary, Senior would have been a simple shoe-in. Not interested in his "wind-up" ability, he isn't there to win council votes. He is there to do a job and is far more effective even on the decline than anything we have, bar BK in the backs.

He's certainly better than Walker, whether it be in the centres or in the second row. However, he'd probably demand a higher salary too (one would assume) so that might be one reason why we aren't looking to sign him.

| Can't believe some are wanting Blythe! He's bog standard at best. Lets not forget the players he's got round him, even i'd look OK with King, Bridge, Monoghan, Hodgson, briers around me.

| I'd take Blythe in a breath. He has more pace than we currently have in the centres, good footwork, can put his winger away, he's English, relatively young. Doubt he would be able to ask for silly money. Fits the brief for me

| i think the money we used on walker could be used to strengthen other areas in the team we need players that will be on the field not in the medical room!

Are you being serious? Donaldson is a tackling machine! He hits anything that moves, he even got so excited last week he ended up smashing Elliot. Against Hudds at home he came on as a 13 (hes proper position) and was throwing ball about being direct, playing as a pivot. Best game in a Bulls shirt since his come back. Ian Sibbit gives away penalty after penalty misses tackles when hes being attacked. very static defender.

To be fair to donno i dont think Sibbit is better.......................
But.................. to be fair to sibbit he was only bad for the first few games, after that he was solid and one of our best players before getting injured !!!

Been meaning to post something similar. You're right, early on he was rightfully getting stick for being a penalty machine but I thought he was one of our more solid and committed players before he got injured.

I was one of the haters at first i admit it, was frustrating seeing him give away penalty after penalty then for some reason when we got battered at Hull KR away he was one of the best players, shame he got injured really

| Yeah my bad about sibbit thought he only had one year and that was why we were not mentioning him as a potential leaver.
I agree started slow but did pick up.
Donno, olbison, elliot, addy are all better for me but lack experience and size in comparison.
Our back row is healthy to say the least, addy, olbison, donno, elliot, elima, langley, sibbit, and bateman and anyone else potentially going to make it through academy maybe there is no need for walker at all. Bearing in mind potter likes having an extra prop at loose from time to time.

No chance..sibbitt is one player who does put the effort in..yeah he may give a few pens away for being too eager..if he doesnt tackle then he at least attempts and is always willing to run ball in..unlike our esteemed winger who actually sidesteps away rather than tackle.
