It was a ghost town - they are strict on Easter! Not sure if they are still behind the times but all the shops and bars were shut by the canal were fans generally gather in the town centre. Their were one or two bars open (including the irish bar if you know what that is) but generally the place was deserted. Suppose it depends if your support is of a decent number.

Me saying don't expect half of 5,000 was being really optismistic on my part in truth! Unless the matchday prices are going to be as cheap in comparison to your season tickets?

Booked to fly from LBA on the friday to Barcelona.

No flights back from Barcelona until the Thursday, was hoping to fly Saturday, watch Barcelona Sunday, go Perpignan Monday and fly back Tuesday.

If it had been a Saturday match could have flown Friday and come back Monday.

Has anybody found any decent flights to get back from the catalan game? ideally tuesday....?

I'm ok with that because it gives us Tuesday to get back to Barcelona without having to rush after a late night on matchday.

You can go Sunday to Wednesday if you are prepared to travel to Stansted. That's probably the cheapest on offer flightwise.

Great for me but the car will be getting alot of miles its long way to Bradford from Suffolk.

I think Easter Monday in France is not clever, only 4 days after the Leeds match we have to travel there, plus for the fans, it will cost everyone at least a couple of extra days in accommodation, but much worse is yet again having to trail across to Saints through the M62 on a friday night (25/3). Away to Hull (fri 8/4) is not much better.

On the other hand the home opener against Wigan is a nice one. And if we are as i assume challenging for the title come August, then apart from the Wigan away game, we have nice home fixtures v Hull KR and Crusaders, and finish away at Wakey. No disrespect, but anyone would settle for that.

Look, a crap fixture date at Catalans is just normal, we'll never get a summer fixture there so we should just get used to it.
