Its the option thing thats a bit differerent this year.
If Leeds and Saints both win the QPO rounds then Leeds I expect will have the option of playing Hull KR, Wigan or Huddersfield (OK I'm coverring my bets by one... and I dont entirely discount a storming finish by Cas, Wakey and the Cats)
Who would Leeds then elect to Play in the QSF ?

If one of them lost in the QPO and presuming that losing team won the PSF, then the other would not choose them in the QSF

If they both lost in the QPO and won in the PSF then Leeds would still have choice of opponents in QSF and not choose Saints.

This means that any team will need to beat both Leeds and Saints to get to Grand Final, or one of them twice.

Ergo, a £10 bet on Leeds at 6/5 and a £10 bet on Saints 2/1 looks to be my bid to beat the bookies.

QPO =Qualifying Prelimanary Round Week 1
EPO = Elimination Play Off Round Week 1
PSF = Preliminary Seme Final Week 2
QSF = Qualifying Semi Final Week 3

Could Leeds choose Saints to play (If they both get through)?

There may start to be some tactics implemented....i.e. Play the strongest team at home and have an "easier" game in the GF.

Of course the team implementing this tactic has the potential to end up with egg on their face
