Aye, and Eddie is hinting at it too. And, as we all know:

| 5 in a row now. A new low for the Bulls as McNamara guides his side to more embarrassment.
He says he is not worried about the play offs? Well he bloody well should be but I am hardly surprised.
Utter failure of a coach.

Was Sykes playing at stand off? I thought he played alright considering he was out of position.
Your forwards owned our pack for the entire game. An area we really need to improve in. I thought your defence in the first half was pretty good. You just lack strike power to me. You don't have a "go to" player that can create something for you.
Wigan didn't play well today but they had that "go to" player in Martin Gleeson who effectively won the game for us.'"
Always good to get sensible comment - usually do from Wigan fans, mind.
Syskes was, yes - Jeffries was dropped. Although Sykes has been OK at 6 before. I said at the match that had we have had a really effective half-back we'd have won that game. And we defo missing Solomona (the turn-up-to-play version) or similar.

Imo we're missing Morro the most. Then Deacon - Can't remember him turning up today.

| I thought Wigan were poor today, which I know says a lot about us but it was very frustrating not to get a result against them.

The 50/50 decisions that could have gone either way seemed to go in their favour again. Also it didn't help that we had 5 tries chalked off -at least 2 looked legitimate- and that Wigan scored 2 of theirs from forward passes.
When's our next apology letter coming Mr. Cummings?

| I thought the effort levels were up from last week and our defence was improved for most of the game. Our attack was so toothless though and lacked creativity. Was Jeffries really dropped or is he injured? If he has been dropped instead of Deacon then that really is a joke decision from McNamara.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, if we go into next year with Deacon at 7 we will be out of the play offs again.
We blew another game today by stupid RL and once again it came from the players who should be leading by example. Newton's wild pass to Cook while we were leading was idiotic. All we needed to do was kick for the in goal and get a repeat set and apply some pressure. It isn't rocket science but our pivotal players make such hard work of it.
On a positive note I thought both young uns showed up well and made some super contributions. Donaldson in particular looked a class act and I look forward to seeing some more from him this year in preparation for next season.
Well the play offs are well and truly out of the question now, let's hope we're making the right decisions for recruitment and retention for next year. Oh and Morrison said he should be in contention for selection next week..

That's brilliant news. I doubt he'll be one hundred percent, and because it's Celtic (not saying it's going to be easy) he may be left out. Donno and Whitehead shouldn't be dropped and it shuld be Worrincy who has to make way if he's back.

I thought Worrincey probably had his worse game in a Bulls shirt today but I think he's had a pretty good season. I still feel that off the bench he provides more than Cook would. But I'd prefer someone like Morro on from the start.

Your not wrong and in years gone by we would have got a right hiding from you gifting so much possesion from knock on's in our own half and stupid penalties. Even though our defence was pretty resolute I still think a better team would have got through it a couple more times.
Coming to Odsal is not what it used to be, these days as an away fan you actually believe you will win.

We are poor, but its very mediocre league. I'm reasonably confident we'll make the play-offs even though with with the exception of O'Loughlin - who has been outstanding this season - not one of our players could have got in the starting line-up of the Wigan side 10 years ago.
