Quote: Terry Monster "Who is she?'"

I believe he's hinting towards a woman who used to post on the official bulls message board and a few of the spin offs including Bullrage, called Nilsha who was very good friends with a Mr Stuart Duffy.

She may also be Tiger Beer but it was never confirmed.

"She" is a well known mouthpiece for Mr Duffy.

Back on topic though....

I suggested on another thread(s) that this "building for the future" stuff was just a smokescreen and an attempt to try and, apologies for the gag, Hoodwink the fans.

So a question on my mind is how exactly would the departure of the very player that we should be "Building for the Future" around, a young, talented local lad, fit into these grand plans and what would such a move do to derail these grand plans that the club are coming out with?

That Reading(Madjeski) Bullete? Might it be Stuart Duffy?

There is not a great deal the club can do. if sam wants to go and we get some decent players/cash for him then they have to let him go. although he should honour his contract, I would not be too upset with him going to the NRL to fulfill a dream, especially if we get a couple of decent players, say watmough n brett stewart, that would do nicely.

wonder if one of the possible exchanged players would be heath l'estrange, wouldnt mind signing him up hes better than rinaldi and godwin and all the other hookers we have been linked with.

L'Estrange is out of contract anyway, Stewart isn't realistic either because he wouldn't get a visa with his court case hanging over him. Whatmough.. good player but I'd like to see recruitment in the backline, not the forwards.

L'Estrange is a free agent at the end of the season.

If we get a free agent in any sort of "exchange" deal then the recruitment that has been -poor in recent times will really have slumped to a new low.

watmough n stewart were not really serious suggestions but more dreams, we'd never get them...would be nice though

No one could blame Sam for taking up the challenge. If I was him I would.

As for the club "keeping" him, I don't think we get that bigger say in it to be fair. If Sam wants to go and the deal is right for him, then he'll go.

The club need to handle it with some positivity and barter the best deal we can out of him.

The Newlove comparison is pretty pertinent IMO

None of the Aussie clubs intrested in Sam can't part exchange any player if they don't want to come. So being realistic no established NRL player is going to want to come here are they.

So do you think that Whatmough, Brett and Glenn Stewart would come over here.

I've not spoken to either of them, or their agents, so have no idea.
Have you?
