Morrow does strike me as the kind of guy that thinks he could run off decapitation

Pumped up with adrenaline its quite possible that he didn't realise there was any long term damage. This is not uncommon and fellow posters who have been in this situation will back me up. Sometimes you don't really feel such knocks it till the following morning.
But without the analysis of trained professionals - its difficult to say how bad the injury appeared

Didn't he think he had cramp last year and was just trying to run it off, when in fact he'd managed to break something in his leg and pull the muscle off it??
The guys pain limit is crazy and along with adrenaline can mean that he probably just thought it was strained/sprained and because he was still playing and handling the ball ok he was fine to carry on!

| OMG. I thought somepody was taking the pi$$ when I read the title. Huge, huge blow. By far our best player so far this season, we are going to struggle even more and be without a real leader.

| Guess it means someone else has to step up to the plate, I'm gutted as he's been immense this season but it gives someone else the chance to shine.
I guess this continues his run of injuries for us but i guess when he puts so much in, is it a surprise?

| Well yeah. If we had 13 players who put in the passion and effort of Morrison we'd be in a better position than we are now

| I think solo is back for the next game!
Hopefully he can try fill the void whilst adding a bit a flare!
Worrincy will do a job anyways! 2nd row is definitely a position i think we have cover for .lol

I can't think of any of our players more capable of filling a void as Solomona.
Worrincy is the future for me though. Just watch him explode on a dry track.

He's a big unit you know. I bet hes gained weight during his injury. We could put him in between the posts and only Rob Burrows could get through

then all Sol has to do is sit down and Burrow wouldn't get up again. problem solved.

19829_1320257469.gif Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_19829.gif |

| Think we should give him a new deal for next year or will he be past his sell-by date?
IMO he would make a good assistant coach, help Macca find the dressing room again.

If he's gonna do a Sculthorpe and be injured for 70% of the season, then there's no point with a new deal, the money would be best spent elsewhere.
If he's fit enough to play though, we must want to sign him up. He's been easily our best player this year, so age clearly doesn't matter.
How you'd judge that though is anyone's guess.
