| If BJ is back next week then deacon HAS to be dropped, he has done nothing for the past few seasons now if we're being realistic and I'm sick and tired of him being a running joke amongst other SL clubs.
He can't even kick goals with the same accuracy that he used to, so he literally is good for nothing now.
If the rumours were true and we had our sights set on signing craig wing for next season then I seriously think we should just bite the bullet and resign BJ.
Play him at 7 with somebody else at 6 (Sykes as a last resort).

And Newton dropped.'"
I can see that happening to be honest, dropped to the bench today again so surely not long before we drop him completely. His mind is clearly elsewhere and our priorities should now be for the future. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain if we blend in a few more young guys.

I'd like to see Crossley given a spot off the bench against Catalans and maybe even give Hyde a taste. From what I have seen of Hyde he is probably not quite at SL level just yet but I see no harm in giving him a taste of the action.
I'd like to hear some announcements on recruitment for next year and also clear up who is definitely going.. Cook, Sol, Semi, BJ etc..'"
I would have to agree, especially with the 2nd part about signings. We are desperately in need of some positive news.

Be realistic please. Deacon will not be dropped. We know that. Think BJ already gone if rumours to be believed, but personally I would no problem in keeping him, but playing him at 7. He at least offers something in attack.

| We really need some positive news this week. I reckon they'll come out early (maybe monday or tuesday) next week with some good news to encourage more people to follow the shower down to Quins.

Encouraging pîssed-off loyal supporters to travel down to London will likely be the last thing on the club's mind - no income in that.
Trying to find a way of giving us reason to trek up to Odsal twice more again this season, and maybe even consider buying season tickets for next season, will - or bloody well should be - rather higher-up the list of priorities, I'd say?

Yeah I suppose you're right, but some good news on the transfer front certainly wouldn't harm those. Maybe Macca will walk

Not for me.
I've got my tickets for the Grand Final no matter who gets there, and will have a thoroughly good and drunken time with whichever sets of fans are there.
However what I'm looking forward to now is the Internationals. I've already got tickets for all 3 England Four Nations games and the Final.
Although England may not have a good chance of winning it, they've got a damn sight better chance than the Bulls have of getting anything out of this season, so it can't come soon enough!

Fair point, perhaps I should have said season over now for the Bulls.
However, as a Welshman, what do I have to look forward to?
